What the trip brief collects
The World in Mind, a brand of Archers Good Company LLC, collects your name, email address, and the trip details you choose to share. Only your name and email are required. Optional details include destinations, timing, travelers, budget, accommodation preferences, activity level, interests, and notes. Please do not include passport numbers, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
How the information is used
I use these details to respond to your inquiry and discuss travel planning. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm a booking or subscribe you to marketing messages. You can complete the form without creating an account.
Storage and access
Your choices stay in the open form until you submit them. The site does not save unfinished briefs in browser storage. Submitted inquiries are saved in a private database through Sites and Cloudflare. Access to the inquiry inbox requires sign-in and is restricted to the travel advisor. Inquiry content is not published on the website.
Keeping and removing information
Inquiries remain stored until deleted by the travel advisor. To request a correction or deletion, submit a new inquiry with the same email address and describe your request. For an existing planning conversation, you can also reply through that conversation.
Cookies and service providers
The hosting and sign-in services may process technical data needed to operate and protect the site. The site does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Fonts and photographs are served with this website. Basic submission checks help limit automated or repeated inquiries.
